Weekly Guidance: 5/15 - 5/21

Did you know that some species of butterfly can live as long as nine months? Nine months of life in the rain, wind, sun, and storms is no joke. They may look fragile, but fragility is its own kind of resilience. Where the rigidity of a fence may be its downfall when a harsh wind blows, the flexibility and lightness of a piece of paper can ensure its survival.

It’s the same way with our delicate sense of self, creativity, or growth. When the winds start blowing, if you stiffen up, you’re going to take a hit. Instead, if you’re feeling fragile, soften your shoulders, unclench your hands, and see where the wind takes you.
